Ship within 2-5-10-14 days from final order. All product ships packaged complete of all parts and components for cubicle assembly at your office. 2-5-10-14 Day ship means the time it takes to pull and package your specific order complete at the warehouse for freight pickup service. (2-Day Ship, Most Chairs and Desks), (5-10-Day Ship New Cubicles Depending on Color Selection), (14-Day Ship for Cubicles & Chairs Remanufactured to New)
5-10 Day Ship is determined from the selection of fabric colors. There is a difference as described on fabric selection between a 5 day or 10 day ship. 5 Day Ship fabrics are in stock on the shelf immediately ready to place on panels. 10 day ship fabrics are called in from fabric supplier and sent to manufacturing warehouse for placement on your panels. It takes a few extra days to receive the special 10 day ship fabric colors at the warehouse. Your order then is complete for freight pickup within 5-10 Days. 5-10 Day Ship!
All orders are considered Customized specifically to each client based on the different selected colors, components & quantities selected. Once we receive your order and payment your order is then pulled from in-stock/on the shelf panels, parts & components. Your selected fabric color is then placed on panels.
Ship Day is the day your Order is picked up at the manufacturing warehouse by freight carrier for delivery to your dock. (We will track your order and contact you from time of order placement, day of freight pickup at warehouse and time of delivery to your final destination). Final delivery to your destination depends on the time it takes freight carrier to deliver to your location. Delivery time can be
2-5 Days depending on your location and the quantity of cubicles that you ordered. A full trailer load means, 53', and is a designated trailer, meaning it goes direct from the manufacturing warehouse to your dock (Quickest freight time). A partial trailer means less than a full trailer load. Smaller quantity cubicle orders of less then 30 regular size cubicles is a partial trailer. Partial trailer loads may be filled with another customer order for shipment to two or three different destinations.

Fork Lift is the quickest and easiest way to remove furniture pallets from delivery trailer.
We don't recommend removing pallets by hand. |
Pallet Jack
Pallet Jack is the next best thing to use to remove furniture pallets from delivery trailer.
Pallets are very heavy and don't recommend removing by hand. |
Delivery is to Customers Dock: Be prepared to unload trailer at time shipment arrives at your location. It is best and quickest to have a fork lift ready to remove pallets of product. Your alternative is a pallet jack. Unloading by hand is not a good option. Pallets are very heavy. If fork lift or pallet jack is not available at your location it is then best to call a professional office furniture installation or moving company to be on site at time of freight delivery. All professional movers have the right equipment to service this need. These additional services are the responsibility and option to the customer. Customer thereby contracts directly with contractor and sets schedule to meet freight delivery at dock. Additional service costs are paid directly to Contractor by Customer.
Lift Gate Delivery
If you do not have a truck height dock to receive furniture it is then best to have freight delivered to a professional warehouse whereby they remove the palletized furniture and can delivery for you with a lift gate truck. Lift Gate Delivery is a service the customer pays direct to contractor for this service.
Lift Gate Delivery service can be set up with a professional commercial moving company or office furniture installation company.
